ResCap Creditors Seek Docs On $9B RMBS Settlement

Law360, New York (September 25, 2012, 4:54 PM EDT) -- Residential Capital LLC's official committee of unsecured creditors asked a New York bankruptcy judge Tuesday to compel a law firm to produce communications related to a proposed $8.7 billion settlement with 392 securitization trusts over residential mortgage-backed securities.
