LendingTree Escapes Bank Rate Price-Fixing Allegations

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 1:31 PM EDT) -- LendingTree LLC has resolved allegations by bank rate website operator BanxCorp that the home loan service provider conspired to fix prices in the online rate market, after a New Jersey federal judge signed off on a dismissal of the antitrust suit on Monday.
