Stroock, Levene Neale Duck Film Producer's Info Leak Suits

Law360, Los Angeles (September 25, 2012, 5:43 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Tuesday tossed David Bergstein's lawsuits accusing two law firms of mining the film producer's longtime attorney for confidential information that Aramid Entertainment Fund Ltd. used in litigation against him, ruling the firms' work stemmed from protected litigation activity.
