Maybelline's Long-Lasting Lipstick Claims Are Made Up: Suit

Law360, New York (September 25, 2012, 9:02 PM EDT) -- Cosmetics brand Maybelline LLC was hit with a proposed class action Friday accusing it of misleading marketing of its long-lasting Super Stay lipstick products, which customers claim wears off within hours.
