Wal-Mart Taxes Discount Items At Full Price, Consumer Says

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 12:17 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey consumer has claimed in a proposed class action that Wal-Mart Stores Inc. charges state sales tax on the full prices of items when it should be charging the tax based on the discounted prices.
