RadioShack, AT&T Dodge Data Overage Charge Suit

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 3:24 PM EDT) -- RadioShack Corp. and AT&T Mobility LLC on Tuesday escaped a putative class action in Oklahoma federal court saying they defrauded customers by not telling them about the high cost of data download overages after a judge ruled the plaintiff could not prove actual injury.
