KB Home Sales Staff Win Class Status In Wage Suit

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 3:09 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday conditionally certified a class of current and former KB Home salespeople in a suit alleging the model home company violated the Fair Labor Standards Act's minimum wage and overtime pay provisions.
