Nabisco Can't Keep Wheat Thins False Ad Suit In Fed. Court

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 3:25 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday found that Nabisco Inc. failed to prove that a proposed class action alleging that a version of Wheat Thins crackers was falsely advertised as containing 100 percent whole grains should stay in federal court.
