Rental Car Co. Can't Shake Insurers' Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 6:04 PM EDT) -- A Georgia federal judge on Thursday rejected a Budget Rent A Car licensee's bid to toss an insurance coverage dispute over its printing of credit card information on receipts, saying the court has jurisdiction even if the class in the underlying suit hasn't been certified.
