Former CBS Exec Launches Sex Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 9:11 PM EDT) -- CBS Corp. was hit with a sex discrimination suit Tuesday by a former executive claiming the company discriminates against female managers and that she was ultimately terminated because she was a woman. 

In a complaint filed in Missouri state court, Kathryn Pavelonis says she was a vice president and director of sales for the media company when she was terminated in August 2011.
