Occupy Protester Loses Bid To Block Twitter Subpoena

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 8:02 PM EDT) -- The New York Supreme Court has denied the latest bid by an Occupy Wall Street protester to stay a subpoena for his Twitter account in a criminal trial over his arrest during a mass protest on the Brooklyn Bridge, according to a ruling posted Thursday.
