Former Mercury Execs Can't Shake SEC's Backdating Suit

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 7:07 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge rejected a bid Tuesday by three former executives of software company Mercury Interactive LLC to toss the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's stock options backdating suit against them, after they had accused the regulator of destroying important evidence.
