IP Litigator Joins Mayer Brown's N.Y. Office

Law360, New York (October 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A veteran intellectual property litigator who has tried more than 20 cases to jury verdicts has joined Mayer Brown LLP's New York IP practice group, leaving his post at Shepperd Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP.

Robert Gilbert's intellectual property litigation practice focuses on trademark and patent infringement matters, along with copyright and trade secret litigation and software licensing disputes. He joined the firm on Oct. 2.
