Humana Can't Dodge Health Care Co.'s ERISA Suit

Law360, Dallas (October 2, 2012, 9:12 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Sunday rejected most of Humana Health Plan Inc.’s attempt to toss a suit brought by a health care company alleging the insurer wrongly denied reimbursement for patients who use its services in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
