AMC Head Says Dish Knew Terms Of Cablevision Deal

Law360, New York (October 2, 2012, 8:06 PM EDT) -- AMC Networks Inc. CEO Joshua Sapan, who helped negotiate a high-definition programming deal with DISH Network Corp. when AMC was part of Cablevision Systems Corp., told a New York state jury Tuesday that Dish executives had always understood the terms of the Cablevision deal they are now contesting.
