Fla. State Official Joins FTC In Backing Ad Self-Regulation

Law360, New York (October 2, 2012, 8:11 PM EDT) -- State attorneys general are willing to honor the advertising industry's self-regulatory initiatives, but they won't hesitate to take action when companies step over the lines set by these programs, a Florida consumer protection regulator said during an advertising industry conference Tuesday.
