Samsung Alleges Juror Misconduct In $1B Apple Verdict

Law360, New York (October 3, 2012, 2:31 PM EDT) -- The foreman of the California federal jury that awarded $1.05 billion to Apple Inc. in its patent infringement battle with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. failed to disclose his involvement in previous lawsuits, Samsung said Tuesday, asking for a new trial.
