Dish Must Produce Audit In $2.4B Cablevision Trial

Law360, New York (October 3, 2012, 6:07 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge said Wednesday that Dish Network Corp. must turn over a 2007 audit of Cablevision Systems Corp.'s high-definition programming that Cablevision says Dish was hiding in the midst of a jury trial, ruling Dish couldn't use attorney-client privilege to shield it.
