IBM Prevails In Challenge To HP's $543M VA Contract

Law360, New York (October 3, 2012, 6:44 PM EDT) -- IBM Corp. triumphed in its protest of a Hewlett-Packard Co. unit's $543 million contract award Wednesday, when the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs was found to have improperly evaluated technical proposals for wireless tracking of hospital patients, staff and equipment.
