2 Class Suits Say Calif. Restaurants Sell Bogus Kobe Beef

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 2:28 PM EDT) -- A pair of California consumers launched class actions in California state court Wednesday against two restaurant groups they say have been falsely advertising menu items containing Kobe beef, the import of which was banned in 2010 over mad cow disease concerns.
