Developer Pays $7M To Settle Suit Over Trump Mexico Resort

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 6:14 PM EDT) -- A Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Tuesday approved a $7.25 million settlement between a co-developer of the now-defunct Trump Ocean Resort Baja Mexico and 190 prospective buyers who claimed they lost more than $20 million in deposits when the project failed in 2008.
