Newark Hotel Owner Moves To Buck $12M Contract Suit

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 2:51 PM EDT) -- New Jersey hotel owner Ratan Realty LLC said Wednesday that a $12 million federal breach of contract suit by CHM Partners Investment LLC that accuses Ratan of violating the terms of a purchase and sale agreement for an airport hotel must be dismissed because it doesn't state a claim.
