FTC Can't Weigh In On Effexor Authorized Generics Case

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 6:53 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge refused Wednesday to let the Federal Trade Commission weigh in on private antitrust litigation targeting an authorized generic deal between Wyeth LLC and Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., ruling the agency's partiality made it an ill-suited amicus.
