ACLU Sues For FBI Memos On High Court GPS Ruling

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 5:59 PM EDT) -- The American Civil Liberties Union sued the Federal Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday to gain access to a pair of agency guidance memos on the use of GPS tracking in the wake of the Supreme Court’s U.S. v. Jones ruling.
