Union Picket Of Telecom Project Broke NLRA: 3rd Circ.

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 8:26 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Thursday agreed with U.S. Information Systems Inc. that a union violated federal labor law by picketing the electrical contractor's work on a telecommunication project at a New Jersey office of Ernst & Young LLP, labeling the demonstration an illegal secondary boycott.
