Texas Landowners Seek To Block Keystone's Eminent Domain

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 8:27 PM EDT) -- A group of Texas landowners on Thursday urged a state appeals court to reverse a lower court's determination that it had jurisdiction to consider an eminent domain petition from TransCanada Corp. in order to build a portion of its 1,000-mile Keystone XL Pipeline.
