Tenn. Radiologists' Suit Revived After NicSand Ruling

Law360, New York (October 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Last week's NicSand Inc. v. 3M Co. ruling could be the end of the road for a suit filed by five Memphis radiologists that accused a hospital and radiology center of conspiring to stamp out competition. That suit was revived Tuesday, two months after the judge stayed it pending a ruling in NicSand.
