Courtney Love's Daughter Won't Be Deposed In Libel Suit

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 5:33 PM EDT) -- The daughter of Courtney Love and deceased rocker Kurt Cobain will not have to participate in a deposition sought by a law firm accusing Love of libeling one of the firm's attorneys through a Twitter post, a fellow lawyer at the firm told Law360 on Thursday.
