LG Faces Defect Claims Over Blu-Ray Home Theaters

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 12:31 PM EDT) -- LG Electronics USA Inc. was hit Wednesday with a proposed class action alleging the company concealed a design defect in one of its Blu-ray home theater systems and failed to repair or replace the defective product within the warranty period.
