Holiday Inn At LA Airport Hit With Wage Class Action

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 11:02 PM EDT) -- Employees of Holiday Inn at the Los Angeles International Airport on Thursday launched a putative class action suit alleging violations of California wage laws, claiming they have not been paid for overtime hours and been denied meal and rest breaks.
