Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 6:24 PM EDT) -- An attorney for Cablevision Systems Corp. drilled a Dish Network Corp. finance director, during trial over breach of contract claims Friday in New York, on his fuzzy memory of the due diligence he did on an ultimately soured high-definition TV programming agreement.
