Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 3:46 PM EDT) -- A German court has handed a victory to Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. in a running intellectual property battle with Microsoft Corp., finding the mobile phone company hadn't infringed a Microsoft patent on technology that allows software applications to work on different mobile devices, the companies confirmed Friday.
