Jones Day Remains Macy's Counsel In Martha Stewart Sales Row

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 3:54 PM EDT) -- Jones Day will keep representing Macy’s Inc. in its contract suit against J.C. Penney Co. Inc. over Martha Stewart merchandise after a New York judge ruled Friday that the firm’s work for J.C. Penney in unrelated matters in China didn’t produce a conflict of interest that merited its disqualification in the instant case.
