Amazon Drops $1.16B On 11-Building Seattle Office Complex

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 7:55 PM EDT) -- Internet retail giant has inked a deal to pick up the 11 office buildings it currently leases at its Seattle headquarters for $1.16 billion, according to a Friday regulatory filing, making yet another major real estate move as it preps for an expansion in the area.
