Developer Seeks Coverage For $200M In Hailstorm Damage

Law360, New York (October 9, 2012, 2:50 PM EDT) -- Triyar Cos. Inc., a national real estate development firm, sued seven insurance companies Friday in Texas in an attempt to compel coverage for up to $200 million in damage sustained during a massive hailstorm in Maricopa, Ariz., in October 2010.
