DirecTV Can't Dodge Marketer's $84M Antitrust Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (October 9, 2012, 9:45 PM EDT) -- A California appellate court on Friday refused to throw out an $83.7 million lawsuit claiming DirecTV Inc. suddenly ended a marketer’s contract and conspired to restrain trade by wrongfully forcing the company to hand over its assets in a fire sale.
