Vitamin C Price-Fixing Trial Delayed By Evidence Challenges

Law360, New York (October 9, 2012, 4:12 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday postponed the start of a trial over alleged price-fixing by a group of Chinese vitamin C manufacturers to January after a flurry of briefs were filed in recent weeks that, among other things, challenged what evidence will be permitted at the trial.
