Vitamin C Antitrust Case Puts US-China Ties On Trial

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 7:31 PM EST) -- Chinese vitamin C manufacturers will go to trial Monday after years of courtroom wrangling over whether they can be held accountable for allegedly government-sponsored price-fixing, in a case that could test the limits of international comity with a key U.S. trade partner.
