SanDisk Suit Targets 25 Flash Memory Cos.

Law360, New York (October 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- SanDisk Corp. has filed patent actions against 25 flash memory companies to stop the manufacture, sale or import of their allegedly infringing products.

SanDisk announced Wednesday that it had filed two lawsuits in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission, all of which allege infringement of several patents. The ITC has 30 days to decide whether it will institute an investigation.
