No More Delays In $2.4B Cablevision Suit, Judge Warns Dish

Law360, New York (October 9, 2012, 7:40 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge admonished Dish Network Corp.'s attorneys Tuesday, warning that what he saw as their delaying tactics raised the specter of a mistrial in Cablevision Systems Corp.'s $2.4 billion lawsuit over a high-definition television programming deal.
