Gulf Copter Cos. Can't Bill Attys For Lag In Antitrust Suit

Law360, Wilmington (October 9, 2012, 9:29 PM EDT) -- A Delaware federal judge Tuesday shot down a request by Bristow Group Inc. and other helicopter service providers seeking fees from attorneys who they claimed needlessly prolonged an antitrust action against them, finding the plaintiffs' case, while not strong, had not been continued in bad faith.
