LCD Cos. Can't Ditch Retailers' Phone, Camera Antitrust Claims

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 2:25 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday refused to toss price-fixing claims related to the sale of cellphones and digital cameras brought by Best Buy Co. Inc. and other retailers against liquid crystal display manufacturers, saying a link exists between the cartel activity alleged in the multidstrict litigation and price of electronic devices.
