$25M Suit Claims Ill. Blue Cross Gouging Policyholders

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 2:10 PM EDT) -- A Chicago employer claims Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois fraudulently overcharges policyholders for coinsurance payments for health care services, according to a $25 million putative class action removed to Illinois federal court on Tuesday.

The suit, originally filed in Illinois state court last month by Harlan J.
