Campbell's Soup '100% Natural' Claims Bogus, Suit Says

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 2:57 PM EDT) -- Campbell Soup Co. was hit Friday with a proposed class action lawsuit alleging it falsely advertises some of its products as “100 percent natural” when they actually contain genetically modified ingredients such as soy and corn.

Plaintiff Ryan Barnes said in his complaint he never would have purchased the soups had he known about the genetically modified corn and soy products used as ingredients.
