Bloomberg Renews Attack Over Calorie Posting

Law360, New York (October 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A month after a federal judge struck down a measure that would force certain fast food restaurants to post nutritional content, the Bloomberg administration has heeded the court's advice and is pushing ahead once again with its campaign to require metropolitan-area chains to prominently display the calorie information for their foods.
