Honeywell Shakes Worker Health Plan Reimbursement Suit

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 5:53 PM EDT) -- Honeywell International Inc. on Tuesday prevailed in its attempt to ditch a putative class action alleging the conglomerate used flawed data to determine its worker health plan reimbursements, after a New Jersey federal court determined the plaintiffs had failed to exhaust administrative remedy before bringing the suit.
