Broadcaster Can't Sidestep Nexstar Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 4:16 PM EDT) -- An Indiana federal judge on Tuesday kept in place allegations lodged by Nexstar Broadcasting Group Inc. that Granite Broadcasting Corp. has violated antitrust laws by attempting to monopolize the local television advertising market in Fort Wayne, Ind., saying Nexstar had plausibly pled its case.
