Feds Defend Medi-Cal Provider Rate Cut Before 9th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (October 10, 2012, 10:50 PM EDT) -- Government attorneys urged the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday to let California implement a 10 percent cut in Medi-Cal provider rates, insisting that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services did not violate the Social Security Act in approving the state's plan.
