EBay Sold Insurance For Excluded Items, Class Action Says

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 3:21 PM EDT) -- EBay Inc. and insurers including Brown & Brown of Missouri Inc. were hit Tuesday with a proposed class action alleging the companies sold insurance to eBay consumers for shipping but designed the policies to exclude the items that were actually shipped.
