Former Tyco Execs Want Convictions Tossed

Law360 (October 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two former Tyco International Inc. executives who were convicted of criminal charges in conjunction with the massive accounting fraud at the company have made a bid to have the verdicts tossed, arguing that despite being accused of looting the company, they never took funds that weren't allotted by their executive compensation plans.
